Dear Friends,
It's been a long while since I've posted in here. I've been struggling with health problems due to my C-PTSD and trying to regain my equilibrium since August. Back in January, I thought that February was going to be just two weeks of intensive therapy work and I'd be fine. It ground on and on, I became more despondent because I worried that I wasn't going to get back to any of my writing again because of how much of my time and life the therapy work was eating up.
Throw in on top of that two medication changes to attempt to resolve the severe insomnia problem that arose because of the same C-PTSD issues and I was not doing well. I am at a better place now, however, and I am hoping to get back into the swing of posting interesting and useful content again. As I mentioned on Tumblr, during my period of convalescence, I read the entire Opera Omina of the Madrian Orders. I have some big thoughts on those two books.
I will be doing a critical (read academic) analysis of the works in there at some point in the future. I am currently re-reading and taking notes as I do so. I just have to give a big shout out here to the Editor of the Eastminster Library. The care taken to preserve these texts as they were presented whilst changing their format is highly evident here and deeply appreciated.
I am planning on re-starting video posts on Thursdays. The first of those will be sometime this week or next. I am also planning on resuming the Rune study (the next rune we'll be looking at will be posted a little later today). It is my hope to resume working in the same format that I had going before with each day having a different topic. I can not promise success, but I will try.
